STATE TESTING is Cancelled this year!

This year's State testing has been cancelled. There is no make update. Similarly, our annual Pre-Test Pool Party at AmeriVu Inn & Suites has also been cancelled. Sorry!


Our 2019-20 Open Enrollment is coming to a close (Friday, Feb. 28th). Our 2020-21 Open Enrollment is just getting started. If you have questions about our program or how to open enroll, please contact Jon Griffith at 715-458-5611.

2020-2021 MS / HS Course Registration

From April 14 - April 24, the English, Math, Social Studies, and Science High School and Middle School staff will be meeting with the students/families to discuss the selection of courses for the 2020-2021 school year.

If you would like an appointment time to discuss your choices please inquire directly with the instructor or if you know what you’d like to take you may email them for their approval:

Sarah David - English 6 -12

Marcia Zimmer- Math 6-8

Jon Griffith - Math 9-12 and Electives

Janean Ranis - Social Studies 6-12

Heather Roll - Science 6-12

High School students, please consult your Student Learning plan (shared with you by Bambi) to make sure you are meeting your required courses:

4 credits of English (8 semesters)

3 credits of Science (6 semesters)

3 credits of Math (6 semesters)

3 credits of Social Studies (including US History year - 9th grade and Government - semester)

½ credit of Personal Finance (1 Semester)

½ credit of Health (1 Semester)

1 ½ credit of of PE (1.5 semesters)

5 credits (10 Semesters) elective credits (English, Science, Social Studies or anything else)

Total 20.5 credits to graduate minimum

Mr Griffith takes care of registering you for work studies and any 6-12 electives such as foreign language, computers, Health, PE, etc.

Contact your instructor for more information if you are looking at a Project Based Learning option with specific details on what you are considering. Please do this before April 20th.

WDLC Teacher of the Year

Our own Sarah David is one of 5 WDLC Teacher of the Year. Sarah received this award because of her support in helping and teaching students. She is also an AWESOME Colleague. Congratulations Sarah! It is very well deserved!

What are we?

We are a PUBLIC SCHOOL and we follow all state statutes governing public education. We receive public funds for our operations, and we follow the fiscal rules established by the State of Wisconsin.

We are a CHARTER SCHOOL authorized by the Cameron School District Board of Education. Our chartering document is approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. We follow all state and federal guidelines established for charter schools.

We are a VIRTUAL SCHOOL where students take all or part of their educational studies online. We actively utilize technology as a learning tool in our virtual environment. We follow the guidelines established by the State of Wisconsin for virtual schools
