HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT OF THE MONTH

January 2023 - Jazmyn E.

Our CAVE staff nominated Jazmyn E. as our High School Student of the Month because she has improved, keeping on top of all of her classes and making all of her meetings. She is easy to talk to and cares about her education.

Jazmyn enjoys photography, art, listening to music and taking care of animals. Her family has a lot of chickens and outdoor cats.

When asked what she likes most about our CAVE program, she responded that CAVE has many options and classes to choose from. She also enjoys the CAVE teachers and they are always very understanding and helpful. Jazmyn's favorite class is Digital Photography, but she enjoys her other classes as well. The reason that Digital Photography stands out is you can take a lot of fun pictures and learn advanced techniques to make them stand out.

When asked what advice she would give to other students interested in our CAVE program is to ask teacher for help if you have any questions and always take notes. It might seem scary asking teachers for help, but each teacher is always supportive and there for you. Notes also helped me a lot and makes it easier to keep up my good grades.

After high school, one of the things that Jazmyn is considering doing is starting a bakery. She really enjoys making brownies, cookies and other deserts.

Congratulations Jazmyn on being our High School Student of the Month and thank you for choosing CAVE.
